Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-car driving lessons for learners of various levels, from beginners to advanced drivers.
- Provide comprehensive instructions on defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring instruction accordingly.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence building.
- Demonstrate patience, understanding, and effective communication skills while working with students.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and lesson schedules.
- Stay updated with current driving laws, regulations, and teaching methodologies.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Certified Driving Instructor with valid driving instructor licence or willingness to obtain certification (we can assist with the certification process).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- Passion for safe driving and a commitment to upholding traffic laws.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
